When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect your name, phone number, email address, company name, subject, and message. This is sent directly to Y4M's inbox for the purpose of responding to your enquiry — it is not sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or added to any list without your separate consent.
Contact form submissions are delivered by email and retained in Y4M's mailbox for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting engagement. We do not maintain a public-facing database of form submissions.
This site may use Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are viewed, how far people scroll, and which buttons are clicked. These tools may set cookies and collect information such as your IP address, browser type, and on-site behaviour. They do not receive the contents of the contact form.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not prevent you from using the site or submitting the contact form.
We do not sell personal information. Where we use third-party infrastructure (email delivery, analytics), those providers process data under their own privacy terms as data processors acting on our instructions.
